MSG Pickles
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 ½ cups vinegar
- ¾ cup water
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp MSG
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
Method
Cut cucumber into 1/2" coins.
Heat 1 1/2 cup vinegar 3/4 cup water, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tsp MSG to boil then remove from heat and pour over cucumber.
Let sit for 1 minute and add in 2 cloves crushed garlic, and let sit at room temp until cooled.
Store in fridge.
